Pay it Forward Ministries Distribution Center is located at the Oquawka House of Prayer, 111 S. Sixth St., Oquawka, Ill. We are open from 1 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday-Friday and Saturday and other days by appointment or when the doors are open.
